Affiliate Program Terms

The program is free to join. You apply with your name and email, and we review every application. Approval is at our discretion, and we may decline or pause an account at any time. You must be 18 or over. Once approved, you receive a unique referral link and dashboard access.

When someone clicks your link, your referral code is stored in their browser for 30 days and carried into checkout. If the same person arrives through another partner's link afterwards, the most recent valid link is credited. Referrals cannot be added manually after the fact, and self-referrals do not earn commission.

• Services: 10% of any Built Capital service your referral pays for, including the $50 Built Capital Strategy Consultation.
• Funding: 10% of the commission that Built Capital receives on the funded referral.
• Memberships: 10% of every membership payment, including every renewal, for as long as the membership stays active.

Referral compensation is paid only on eligible transactions that successfully fund and for which BUILT CAPITAL receives commission. Funding and referral earnings are not guaranteed. Additional terms and eligibility requirements may apply.

• Commissions start as pending and are approved once the underlying payment has cleared and the refund window has passed.
• Approved commissions are paid on the 1st of each month for everything earned the month before.
• Payouts are sent by bank transfer, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle, using the method you confirm in your dashboard.
• If a referred payment is refunded, disputed, or reversed, the matching commission is reversed. Everything else you have earned stays untouched.
• You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate. We are not liable for payments sent to details you supplied incorrectly.

You take part as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Built Capital. You are responsible for your own taxes. US partners must provide accurate tax details before payout, and we issue a 1099 where required by law. Payouts may be held until valid tax details are on file.

• Disclose that you earn a commission whenever you share your link, as required by the FTC.
• Describe Built Capital accurately: a business consulting company that helps entrepreneurs evaluate and strengthen their funding readiness, not a lender.
• Never promise funding, approval, a credit score, a rate, or a specific outcome.
• Never state or imply a Built Capital fee percentage on funded deals.
• No spam, no unsolicited texts or bulk email, no paid search ads on Built Capital brand terms, no fake accounts, and no cookie stuffing.
• Do not create websites, social profiles, or ads that pretend to be Built Capital, and do not register domains or handles using our name.

You may use the name, logo, and approved materials we provide to promote the program while your account is active. That permission ends when your account ends, and you must stop using our materials and your link at that point.

Either side may end participation at any time. We may withhold or cancel commissions tied to fraud, misrepresentation, or a breach of these terms. Commissions already approved and untainted by a breach are paid on the next scheduled payout.

Referral and commission data in your dashboard is for your own use. Do not share customer information you learn through the program. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy, and the site terms and conditions also apply.

We may update these terms or the commission structure. We will tell active partners by email before a change to rates takes effect, and commissions already earned are not affected. Questions go to info@builtcapitalco.com.
