Consultation Payment Policy

The $50 Built Capital Strategy Consultation is a flat $50, paid in advance to reserve your time. Payment is taken through our secure payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

• A one-on-one Zoom call with Built Capital.
• A review of your credit and business profile through a funding-readiness lens.
• A discussion of your funding goals and your recommended next step.

The fee does not cover credit intervention work, document printing, or any other service. Those are quoted and paid separately, and nothing extra is charged without your agreement.

After payment you receive a scheduling link. Your appointment is confirmed once you pick a time. If you pay and do not schedule within 60 days, contact us at info@builtcapitalco.com and we will help you book or refund the fee.

• Reschedule free of charge at least 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email.
• If you miss the call without notice, the fee is used and a new booking requires a new payment.
• If we have to move your call, you may reschedule at no cost or request a full refund.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and we refund the $50 in full. Once the consultation has taken place, the fee is non-refundable because the service has been delivered. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten business days.

If something went wrong with your call, tell us within seven days at info@builtcapitalco.com or 404-981-7711 and we will make it right.

Some work is agreed with you first and then paid through a custom-amount checkout using the price and description we confirmed. Those payments are non-refundable once the work has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Memberships bill automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancel any time before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Renewal payments already taken are not refunded, and you keep access for the period you paid for.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. If a payment fails or is reversed, access to the related service or membership may be paused until it is settled.

Paying for a consultation buys our time and expertise, not an approval. Built Capital is a business consulting company, not a lender, and approval, funding amounts, rates, and terms are not guaranteed. See our terms and conditions for the full picture.
