BUILT CAPITAL is a business consulting company that helps entrepreneurs evaluate and strengthen their funding readiness. We are not a lender, a bank, a broker of record, a credit repair organization, or a law or accounting firm, and we do not make credit or funding decisions.

When a client is funding-ready, we may help identify financing products or providers that align with the client's business profile and capital needs. Financing is subject to provider eligibility requirements and underwriting. Approval, funding amounts, rates, and terms are not guaranteed.

Nothing on this site, in a consultation, in an email, or in any document we prepare is a promise of funding, an approval, a specific credit score, a specific rate, or a specific outcome. Results depend on your profile, your follow-through, and decisions made by third parties we do not control.

Our services are business consulting. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You should consult your own licensed professionals before acting on anything we discuss.

• Give us accurate, complete, and current information. Our work is only as good as the information you provide.
• You are responsible for every decision you make, including whether to apply for financing and which offer to accept.
• Keep your portal or dashboard sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or copy our materials for resale.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged through our payment processor. Consultation payments are covered by the consultation payment policy. Memberships renew automatically on the stated monthly or yearly cycle until you cancel, and cancelling stops future renewals without refunding the current period. Additional services such as credit intervention work or printing are quoted and paid separately.

Consultations are booked through the scheduling link we provide. Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment if you cannot attend. Repeated no-shows may require a new booking and a new payment.

The site, its content, our templates, frameworks, and any strategy documents we prepare are owned by Built Capital. You may use materials we deliver for your own business, but not resell, republish, or distribute them.

We treat your financial and business information as confidential and handle it as described in our privacy policy.

The site links to third-party services such as scheduling, credit score enrollment, community platforms, and payment processing. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built Capital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost funding opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that the claim relates to.

By giving us your email address and phone number you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry, appointment, account, and payments. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

We may update these terms, and the effective date above shows the last change. We may suspend or end access to the site or a service for misuse or non-payment. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Questions go to info@builtcapitalco.com.
